A Wisconsin man has been charged with mistreatment of animals-use of a dangerous weapon after he stabbed his dog and left her for dead in Eau Claire County.
A man discovered the injured dog lying in a puddle of blood while he was out walking his own dogs. He rushed the dog to a vet clinic in Menomonie, where she underwent emergency surgery but wound up passing away.

The vet said the dog had “recent penetrating wounds caused by a sharp object such as a knife.”
Luckily, the man who found the dog spotted the suspect walking on the trail nearby. He posted to social media and eventually helped police catch the suspect, who turned out to be 40-year-old Joshua Goss.
Goss told police that he brought the dog to the area to abandon her and “shooed” her away, but denied stabbing her.

  2. Bust because it's an animal doesn't give him the right or because it's his dog it's wrong and if he did that should be punished for it
